The shipping and handling charges help defray the costs of processing your order, hand packaging the merchandise, shipping materials, and postage required for the safest transfer of these items from our facilities to your door.

Fax us any time day or night and we will fill your order 2 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email or by letter.

Please mail your order form to 1441 Huntington Drive PMB 212, South Pasadena, CA 91030. If an item is out of stock we will notify you of availability by email.
Charges for ground shipping (to each requested address) are for all items except furniture within the continental U.S.; all other locations please call customer service for shipping charges. For shipping charges on furniture items please refer to shipping chart for furniture.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order or prior to shipping. Once th item has been shipped, the items must be returned at the purchaser's cost.
Returns:
All items must be returned to Earthmommies.com @ 1441 Huntington Drive PMB 212, South Pasadena, Ca 91030 within 10 days of receipt. All items must be in original packaging. Skin care products and diaper products must be unopened with seal intact. Refused upon receipt are considered returned orders and may incur a restocking fee. All returns must include all parts, manuals,etc. For return of baby furniture please see shipping and handling section in under furniture. Money will be refunded (minus any adjustments) in same manner payment was made.
